壓(ya)式(shi)拉式(shi)稱重(zhong)傳感器安裝方法,這種形式(shi)的稱重(zhong)傳感器有二(er)種不同的安裝形式(shi)。

一、為固定(ding)式底座傳感(gan)器的安裝形式,安裝時將傳感(gan)器放置在(zai)三顆(ke)固定(ding)檔柱內。因此要求(qiu)使用(yong)在(zai)溫度變化(hua)范圍不大的場(chang)合,其優點是能提高(gao)秤體的穩定(ding)性,而且安裝調(diao)試方便(bian)。在(zai)稱(cheng)重傳感(gan)器安裝時還應注意:

1,為防止大(da)(da)電流(liu)(liu)流(liu)(liu)經傳感器,應在傳感器之間加(jia)裝(zhuang)短路片,以防偶然的(de)大(da)(da)電流(liu)(liu)流(liu)(liu)過而(er)將其燒壞。即使如此,在需要進行大(da)(da)從(cong)焊(han)接時最好(hao)還是(shi)將壓式傳感器卸下,待幾作結束后再(zai)將稱(cheng)重傳感器安裝(zhuang)好(hao)。

2,滾珠等移動(dong)部件應保持滑動(dong)自如(ru),不(bu)應有(you)卡死、銹蝕等現象。

3,壓(ya)頭(tou)應(ying)由20mm厚的鉻鋼(gang)制(zhi)成(cheng),壓(ya)頭(tou)的底面(mian)應(ying)加工成(cheng)圓弧,其(qi)半(ban)徑(jing)應(ying)為(wei)傳感器圓頂半(ban)徑(jing)的3倍以(yi)(yi)上,并應(ying)進行(xing)熱處理(li)以(yi)(yi)增加壓(ya)頭(tou)的硬度。固定板應(ying)用45號鋼(gang)制(zhi)成(cheng),其(qi)厚度不得小于20mm,安裝時(shi)的水(shui)平度不應(ying)超出±0.5°。

二、滾珠式底座(zuo)傳感器的安裝形式,安裝時將它放置在帶(dai)有凹形缺口的底板上。其優點(dian)是:

當秤體或(huo)其(qi)它設(she)備因溫度影響而伸縮,使其(qi)偏離受(shou)力中心線時,可作水平方向(xiang)的位移定位,其(qi)位移量在±5mm以內(nei)。因此可在任何情況下使稱重傳感器接受(shou)垂直力,保證(zheng)稱量準確度。

零(ling)點(dian)溫漂是決定應(ying)(ying)變式傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)(qi)質量(liang)的重(zhong)要(yao)參數,同(tong)(tong)時(shi)也是進行溫度(du)補(bu)償的重(zhong)要(yao)依據(ju)。因此在應(ying)(ying)變式稱重(zhong)傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)(qi)生產過(guo)程中,必(bi)須(xu)在不同(tong)(tong)溫度(du)下(xia)測量(liang)傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)(qi)零(ling)點(dian)輸出(chu),通過(guo)對不同(tong)(tong)溫度(du)下(xia)的測量(liang)結果(guo)進行分析(xi)計算,并根(gen)據(ju)計算結果(guo)進行溫度(du)補(bu)償,同(tong)(tong)時(shi)剔(ti)除零(ling)點(dian)溫漂過(guo)大的不合格的稱重(zhong)傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)(qi)。

該巡檢(jian)(jian)系(xi)統主(zhu)要分為主(zhu)控板(ban)(ban)(ban)和(he)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)板(ban)(ban)(ban)兩個(ge)部分,其中檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)板(ban)(ban)(ban)對所連(lian)接(jie)的(de)稱重傳感器(qi)進行零點輸出(chu)信(xin)號的(de)自動(dong)巡檢(jian)(jian),并將測(ce)(ce)(ce)量結果發送至主(zhu)控板(ban)(ban)(ban)。每(mei)塊(kuai)(kuai)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)板(ban)(ban)(ban)一次最多可以連(lian)接(jie) 32個(ge)稱重傳感器(qi),每(mei)個(ge)傳感器(qi)連(lian)接(jie)口都有(you)(you)固定的(de)ID編號,檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)板(ban)(ban)(ban)可以自動(dong)判斷(duan)每(mei)個(ge)連(lian)接(jie)口是否有(you)(you)傳感器(qi)的(de)連(lian)接(jie)。每(mei)塊(kuai)(kuai)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)板(ban)(ban)(ban)都有(you)(you)可設定的(de)獨(du)立ID號,同(tong)時(shi)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)板(ban)(ban)(ban)具有(you)(you)自診斷(duan)功能,可檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)出(chu)AD和(he)RAM等的(de)錯誤。
